A neuro wellness, personal development and stress management life coach supporting young professionals and mid-career executives through stress, anxiety, overwhelm and burnout.

What I do

As a qualified psychologist, neuroscientist and stress management life coach with almost two decades of experience safeguarding in the public safety and community support sectors.I have consistently been an advocate for individuals who found themselves at the crossroads of life, navigating them through the multifaceted challenges and supporting them in reaching their goals. My commitment has always been driven by a strong passion for helping others heal, feel empowered and become more resilient.

As a qualified stress management coach trained in neurobiology and the psychophysiology of stress. I have also worked with highly stressed individuals, providing support and crisis intervention, which means I bring a unique perspective and personal experience to my practice.

I know how overwhelming stress can be because I’ve:

  • Worked in demanding, fast-paced, multi-agency environments, so I know all about work-related and organizational stress
  • Juggled being a single mother of two children, one with severe disabilities while working full-time, so I know what it’s like having a million things going on around a successful career

Even the most energetic and forward-thinking professional can reach a point where stress takes over.

Having suffered burnout and overload and battled Long COVID, I understand first-hand the toll prolonged stress takes on your physical and mental health. 

Throughout my recovery journey, I have delved deep into research on the impact of Long COVID on memory and cognitive function. This exploration has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the complex interplay between stress, health and cognitive abilities.

As a result, I’m dedicated to helping others navigate their own stressors and challenges, drawing from both my professional expertise and personal experiences.

You can trust me because I’ve felt how you do now: stuck, frustrated, overwhelmed and stressed.

But overcoming these setbacks taught me that I’ve always been a resilient person with a strong internal foundation.  The experiences I’ve had in both my personal and professional life have instilled in me a strong resilience to stress, which has shaped me into the strong-minded woman I am today.

It was through this that I became a stress management life coach.

Qualifications

I don’t just call myself a coach with no experience. I pursued a Professional Diploma in Life Coaching and Mentoring accredited by both the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). As a lifelong learner, I have acquired various professional and academic qualifications, that’ll put your mind at ease:

  • Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring – Kingstown College, Dublin
  • Masters (Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience) – Anglia Ruskin University, UK
  • Masters (Psychology) – The John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Poland
  • PG Dip (Psychological help in the field of Sexology) – Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland
  • Primary Certificate in Stress Management– Centre for Coaching in Association with International Society for Coaching Psychology and the British Psychological Society

Thanks to my training, I have a diverse set of skills and education to help you.

And when I’m not coaching?

Well, I love to travel, teach Latin dance classes and try all sorts of new and exciting things that challenge me and take me out of my comfort zone.
